Job Title: Client Information Officer

Join the Government of Saskatchewan as a Client Information Officer and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of programs and services throughout the province.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the Career Services Branch, providing support for the delivery of programs and services to clients across the province. As a Client Information Officer, you will be responsible for providing information on training and income support programs, assisting clients with multimedia self-help tools, and planning, developing, and delivering workshops and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calls and emails through the provincial call center phone line
  • Interview clients to determine their needs and refer them to appropriate resources
  • Provide information on training and income support programs
  • Assist clients with multimedia self-help tools
  • Plan, develop, and deliver workshops and presentations
  • Have expertise in data entry to verify and enter client registrations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in career and employment services, adult training methods, and data entry. You will also need to be proficient in computer software programs, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
