Key Responsibilities:
- Physical Labour: Undertake demanding physical tasks to support production operations
- Physical Activity: Stand, walk, crawl, lift, and carry heavy items as necessary to assist production
- Construction: Assemble exterior and interior walls, components, and roof sections on unit bases, and install doors to create complete units
- Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret blueprints to guide fabrication and assembly processes
- Metal Fabrication: Skillfully fit and fabricate metal products to meet design specifications
- Measurement: Utilize measuring tools to perform mathematical calculations, ensuring precision
- Tool Operation: Efficiently operate air and electric hand tools to complete tasks effectively
- Working at Heights: Perform duties comfortably from heights and ladders
- Problem-Solving: Address issues when components do not fit as expected, analyzing and implementing solutions
- Independent Work: Execute tasks independently with minimal supervision to meet production goals
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills
- Welding: Perform various types of welding with proficiency to ensure high-quality assembly
