Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is a leading provider of home-based and community healthcare services. We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Assess and develop comprehensive therapy care plans for clients in their homes, utilizing a holistic approach to promote health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, client-centered care.
  • Develop and implement health promotion programs, prescribe equipment and supplies, and promote client safety.
  • Utilize critical thinking and creativity to provide complex preventative or corrective actions for clients.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current active registration and good standing as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
