  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 to 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
