Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications such as CMC, PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma are advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business consulting with a focus on transformation and value creation.
- Proficient in Change Management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a solid understanding of lean practices.
- Knowledge of business operations and management principles.
- Proven experience in business development and project management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements.
