About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Atlantic Beef Products Inc. as a Primal Cuts Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting beef, lamb, pork, or veal carcasses into primal cuts for further processing or packaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut beef, lamb, pork, or veal carcasses into primal cuts for further processing or packaging
  • Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or other wholesale use
  • Remove bones from meat
Work Environment

As a Meat Cutter at Atlantic Beef Products Inc., you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality and efficiency. You will be required to work in a cold/refrigerated environment and be exposed to noise.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a meat cutting or processing environment
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
