Job Title: Industrial Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Meat Cutter to join our team at Atlantic Beef Products Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting beef, lamb, pork, or veal carcasses into primal cuts for further processing or packaging. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or other wholesale use
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Operate knives and other equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work in a team environment to meet production deadlines
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a meat cutting or processing environment
  • Ability to work in a cold and noisy environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
