Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in coordinating work activities with other departments.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work Environment:

The Car Wash Supervisor will work in a wet/damp environment, outdoors, and will be required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
