Job Summary:

Nanak Car Wash Inc. is seeking a skilled Car Wash Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our car wash facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Inspect Sites: Regularly inspect facilities to maintain cleanliness and safety standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets, forecasting costs and revenue to inform business decisions.
  • Recommend Services: Identify opportunities for additional services, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement, to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record and report financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Work Environment:

  • Outdoors: Spend time outdoors, exposed to various weather conditions.
