Job Title: Car Wash Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Wash Team Lead to join our team at DOGEBTC INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our wash bay operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Maintain financial records
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules

Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
