Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tripoli Holdings Limited.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and excellent customer service are provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Train Staff: Provide training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports as required.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.

Personal Suitability:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have a client-focused approach.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.
