Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chatime. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared to our high standards
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and budgeting decisions
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that they are prepared to our high standards
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and manual tasks
  • Standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling
