Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to join our team at Kenora Truck Service Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring that our customers receive the right products on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track orders, and ensure that parts and supplies are stored properly.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring that products are delivered to the right location.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that parts and supplies are delivered on time and in the correct quantities.
  • Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring that products are stored safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Environment: Dusty and noisy work environment.
  • Work Setting: Repair and service establishment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer Skills: Inventory control software, MS Office, and internet.
  • Transportation: Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
