We are seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to join our team at Kenora Truck Service Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our inventory, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Prepare and process orders, requisition parts and supplies, and maintain accurate records.
- Warehouse Management: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts and supplies, and store items in a safe and organized manner.
- Transportation: Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
- Computer Skills: Inventory control software, MS Office, and internet.
- Transportation: Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Personal Qualities: Dependability, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliability, team player, and punctuality.
The successful candidate will work in a repair and service establishment with a dusty and noisy work site environment.
