Job Title: Executive Director

The Canadian Medical Hall of Fame (CMHF) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join its team. As a key member of the organization, the Executive Director will provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, ensuring the successful implementation of the CMHF's strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide innovative leadership and cohesive direction to the team
  • Operationalize the organization's strategic plan to ensure long-term growth and sustainability
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to support the organization's mission
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of senior leadership experience in the non-profit sector
  • Relevant university degree
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of leadership success and experience in leading innovative fundraising models
