About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Cora Breakfast and Lunch. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food safety, and quality control.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.

Work Details

  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
