Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT engineer to join our Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering and Operations team at Truist Bank. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and deployment experience with Infoblox DDI solutions, as well as strong Active Directory, Microsoft DNS, and Microsoft DHCP skillsets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform problem tracking, diagnosis, and root-cause analysis for complex issues
  • Analyze and observe trends with technical issues and develop recommendations for long-term improvements
  • May engage and manage outside vendors
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of application support and an understanding of best practices
  • Typically lead moderately complex projects and participate in larger, more complex initiatives
  • Solve complex technical and operational problems
  • May have people management responsibilities for a small team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in development or application support or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function
  • Ability to plan and manage projects
  • Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates
  • Expert-level experience supporting Microsoft AD and Group Policy in a large-scale environment
  • Expert-level experience supporting Microsoft DHCP
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus (MCSE, etc.)
  • Experienced in networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, IPv4/v6, in Intranet/Internet/Extranet environments
  • Experience with ServiceNow, CyberArk, virtual servers, and PowerShell scripting experience
