We currently have an opening for a Front-End Supervisor. The skills we seek for our team include:

  1. Supervising cashiers to ensure adequate staffing during shifts, managing employee performance, and resolving customer conflicts efficiently. Previous experience in grocery store cashier roles will enhance your success in this position.
  2. Responsible for recruiting new team members, training cashiers on their responsibilities, explaining operational guidelines, and instructing on proper cash handling methods. A minimum of two years in a similar supervisory role is essential.
  3. Ensuring accuracy in financial entries, reviewing daily reports, approving overrides and voids, and managing cash counts. Proven experience in accounting is required.
  4. Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers upon entry, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns. Experience in customer service roles will contribute to your effectiveness in this position.

Any experience in retail or front-end operations may qualify you for this management opportunity.
