Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply needs, ensuring that our kitchen is always stocked and ready to serve.
  • Quality Control: Monitor food quality and service standards, making adjustments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, maintaining accurate records of sales, stock, and wastage.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
