About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at JH World Services Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with our marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to our field teams, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Business Development: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Leadership: Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Team Management: Organize regional and divisional sales operations, planning, directing, and evaluating the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
