Job Summary

Epsilon Solutions LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Director to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and develop tailored sales solutions
  • Manage sales contracts and negotiate agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and develop data-driven solutions
