About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education Program Coordinator to join our team at Rosedale Global High School. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, supervising education policy researchers, and producing reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Analysis
    • Conduct in-depth research on education policies and programs
    • Develop and implement research methodologies to evaluate curriculum programs
    • Analyze data to determine the cost and effectiveness of education policies and programs
  • Supervision and Leadership
    • Supervise education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Produce high-quality reports and presentations for stakeholders
    • Develop and deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia
  • Consulting and Collaboration
    • Provide consulting services to government and other organizations
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Work Environment and Requirements
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
    • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
    • Meet the physical demands of the role, including working at a computer for extended periods
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education or a related field
    • Experience
      • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
    • Skills and Abilities
      • Strong research and analytical skills
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
