Position Overview

The role of the General Supervisor at JAKU CONSTRUCTION LTD. is pivotal in overseeing construction activities and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and safely.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

This position involves working in an outdoor setting, which may be noisy due to construction activities.

Work Setting

The supervisor will primarily operate within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and prepare production and various reports.
  • Oversee and manage workers and ongoing projects.
  • Conduct recruitment and hiring processes, along with related staffing activities.
  • Facilitate training or arrange for necessary training sessions.
  • Prepare project bids and proposals.
  • Estimate costs and required materials for projects.
  • Set up and maintain equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Advise on personnel actions as needed.
  • Develop strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Order materials, equipment, and supplies as necessary.
Experience Requirements

Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
