POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal role in enhancing organizational effectiveness by delivering strategic support and guidance on workforce initiatives that align with corporate goals. This position encompasses a variety of human resources functions while collaborating across multiple departments within the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cultivate robust partnerships with internal stakeholders Uphold organizational values in all professional conduct and ensure alignment of HR services with these principles Lead orientation programs for new employees Provide consultation to management and team members, offering insights on HR policies and practices Draft employment agreements for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers Facilitate HR processes through effective use of HRIS tools Address employee relations matters, conducting thorough and impartial investigations as necessary Maintain comprehensive knowledge of legal standards affecting daily management of personnel, minimizing legal exposure and ensuring compliance Drive performance enhancement initiatives for teams and individuals, offering daily performance management support to leadership (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary measures) Collaborate with management and staff to foster positive work relationships, boost morale, and enhance retention and productivity Assess training requirements for individuals and teams, including executive coaching needsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on the complete employee lifecycle; or an equivalent combination of education and experience The ideal candidate is self-sufficient with corporate support and excels in a dynamic, sometimes uncertain environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws, regulations, and best practices Proven ethical standards, along with strong negotiation, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to manage stress effectively and engage in ongoing professional development Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace PHR certification is preferred A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
