Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and kitchen helpers.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • College or CEGEP education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
