Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Team Training: Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Opening and Closing Procedures: Participate in opening and closing activities, including cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing for the next day.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
