Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support structure, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on our web platforms, including SEO aspects. Your primary focus will be on reviewing escalated tickets, documenting and directing them to the appropriate teams, and coordinating problem resolution with our development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Web Platform Expertise: Be the go-to expert for all web-related matters, including website design and SEO issues.
  • Ticket Review and Documentation: Review escalated tickets, document issues, and direct them to the appropriate teams.
  • Problem Resolution Coordination: Coordinate problem resolution with our development team, ensuring product quality after deploying fixes.
  • SEO Expertise: Be the reference person for discussions surrounding SEO.
  • Client Support: Work closely with our product support advisors and clients to understand their issues and questions, and find solutions.
  • Installation Support: Support our installation team in implementing new web solutions.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our software to support it autonomously.
  • Documentation: Document interactions in the Jira tool.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the website industry or equivalent experience.
  • SEO Knowledge: General knowledge of SEO.
  • Language: Bilingualism required (English/French).
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical, with a desire to delve deep into issues.
  • Autonomy: Autonomous, eager to learn.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and with leadership.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and discipline skills.
  • Computer Skills: Very comfortable with computer tools.
  • Teamwork: Team spirit.
