Responsibilities
Canadian Tire's Next Generation Talent Program is a rotational initiative designed for new graduates, offering a unique opportunity to cultivate extensive technological knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of fundamental technology principles. Participants will learn to integrate agile methodologies, emerging technologies, and business processes that yield tangible outcomes in digital innovation. They will also utilize technologies and solutions to work more efficiently and enhance connections with our current and prospective customers.
The program positions participants at the forefront of digital transformation in retail, developing the next generation of technology professionals at Canadian Tire. This two-year rotational program comprises three progressive 8-month rotations within the IT sector.

We seek individuals who have graduated since December 2023 and possess the following attributes:

Qualifications
You are an upcoming undergraduate or post-graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Networking, Computer Systems Technology, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity, with a demonstrated enthusiasm for digital and emerging technologies and experience in a data-driven, analytical environment.
