As a graduate in Banking, you will collaborate with various Investment Banking teams. You will tackle our clients' most pressing strategic challenges, providing comprehensive, structured solutions that assist them in achieving their objectives, whether through mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, structured solutions, or risk management.
Role ResponsibilitiesFollowing an intensive training period, you will be assigned to one of our industry, product, or geographic teams, where you will immediately engage in live transactions and business development initiatives. Within small deal teams, you will quickly assume a vital role in various challenging assignments. Your tasks may include:
- Conducting financial analysis and modeling
- Performing valuations
- Engaging in industry research
- Evaluating businesses and conducting strategic assessments
- Generating business ideas
- Communicating with both external and internal stakeholders.

Candidate ProfileTo qualify for this program, you should be motivated, curious, and in your final year of an undergraduate degree program.
Ideally, you will possess a GPA of 3.2 or higher, along with a strong interest in business and finance. We value creativity, teamwork, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial mindset, which can be demonstrated through your participation in extracurricular activities.

Role PurposeTo engage in the daily operations of the investment banking division, gaining broad exposure to various clients, transactions, and specialized areas.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborating on live transactions and client presentations, supporting the team in advising a diverse range of corporate clients, and delivering structured solutions to meet client objectives.
- Working with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and managing the launch of new products and services in investment banking.
- Managing client relationships and providing customer service support to clients, responding to inquiries about products and services.
- Developing and implementing financial models and strategies that aid decision-making in investment banking.
- Training and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Contributing to the work of related teams within the area.
- Partnering with other functions and business areas.
- Taking responsibility for the outcomes of a team's operational processes and activities.
- Escalating policy breaches appropriately.
- Taking ownership of managing risk and enhancing controls related to your responsibilities.
- Advising and influencing decision-making within your area of expertise.
- Maintaining an understanding of how your sub-function integrates with the overall function.
- Making evaluative judgments based on factual analysis.
- Resolving issues by identifying solutions based on technical experience.
- Acting as a contact point for stakeholders outside of your immediate function.
