We adopt a holistic approach to client engagement, providing access to bankers with specific industry and geographic expertise across all investment banking services.
As a Banking graduate, you will collaborate with various Investment Banking teams. You will tackle our clients' most pressing strategic challenges, delivering comprehensive, structured solutions that help them achieve their objectives, whether through mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, structured solutions, or risk management.
Role ResponsibilitiesFollowing an intensive training period, you will integrate into one of our industry, product, or geographic groups and immediately engage in live transactions and business development initiatives. Within small deal teams, you will quickly assume a vital role in various challenging assignments. Your tasks may include:
- Conducting financial analysis and modeling
- Performing valuations
- Carrying out industry research
- Evaluating businesses and conducting strategic assessments
- Generating business ideas
- Communicating with external and internal stakeholders.

Candidate ProfileTo qualify for this program, you should be motivated, curious, and in your final year of an undergraduate degree program.
Ideally, you will have a GPA of 3.2 or higher. A strong interest in business and finance, coupled with a desire to learn, is essential. We value resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial mindset, which can be demonstrated through your participation in extracurricular activities.

Role PurposeTo engage in the daily operations of the investment banking division, gaining broad exposure to various clients, transactions, and specialized areas.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborating on live transactions, client presentations, and supporting the team in advising a diverse range of corporate clients, delivering comprehensive, structured solutions to meet client objectives.
- Working with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and managing the deployment and launch of new investment banking products and services.
- Managing client relationships and providing customer service support, responding to inquiries about products and services, and processing transactions.
- Developing and implementing financial models and strategies that facilitate decision-making in investment banking, while gaining insights from industry experts.
- Training and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Impacting the work of related teams within the area.
- Partnering with other functions and business areas.
- Taking responsibility for the outcomes of a team's operational processes and activities.
- Escalating policy breaches appropriately.
- Assuming responsibility for embedding new policies/procedures adopted for risk mitigation.
- Advising and influencing decision-making within your area of expertise.
- Managing risk and strengthening controls related to your work.
- Building an understanding of how your sub-function integrates with the overall function, alongside knowledge of the organization's products, services, and processes.
- Making evaluative judgments based on factual analysis, with attention to detail.
- Resolving issues by identifying and selecting solutions based on acquired technical experience.
- Guiding and persuading team members while communicating complex information.
- Acting as a contact point for stakeholders outside of your immediate function, while building a network of contacts beyond your team and the organization.
