Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients as outlined in their care plans.
  • Assist clients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) within the scope of practice for a nurse.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care coordinators to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Identify and report client care concerns to care coordinators when necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • CNO Registration and nursing certificate.
  • Negative TB test completed within the last year.
  • COVID vaccination receipts (subject to exemption pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
