Business Process Analyst

The Senior Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in maximizing the business value of advisor and operation applications at Scotiabank. This position requires a unique blend of business, technology, and user requirements expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and develop an actionable product roadmap.
- Work closely with in-house or vendor developers to understand the technology stack and its implementation processes.
- Provide business and process analysis expertise to ensure that feedback is incorporated into the evolution of the product.
- Support the planning and direction of the requirements phase of product feature implementations.
- Coordinate with other delivery teams to execute projects or smaller release vehicles.
- A University degree with a business, engineering, or computer science focus, or equivalent educational/professional experience and/or qualifications.
- Experience working on large program/project initiatives with technology and/or technology components.
