About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cook to join our team at Himalaya Indian Cuisine LTD. as an Executive Chef. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing delicious meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and records.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
