Airline Screening Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Screen all employees and contractors accessing aircraft, ensuring the highest level of security.
- Conduct physical pat-downs and respond to alarms on screening equipment, maintaining efficient operations.
- Perform passenger and baggage screening, adhering to all security protocols and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and team members to ensure smooth airport operations.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and directives, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
- Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) and ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments with exposure to various weather conditions and machinery noise.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and walking long distances.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Must be able to obtain a Basic Security Training (BST) license.
