About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing expert assessment and treatment services to individuals who have suffered traumatic and acquired neurological injuries and severe orthopedic injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual assessment and evidence-based treatment for cognitive communication/language disorders with adults and children post motor vehicle collision (MVC)
  • Assist clients in establishing and meeting meaningful goals within the home and community setting
  • Liaise with a variety of community partners and rehab professionals to facilitate client goals and independence
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
