The Role:

As a Customer Service Associate at Spence Diamonds, you will embody our culture and values by delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your passion for our products and commitment to providing outstanding service will be essential in creating a memorable and positive experience for every client.

You will serve as the backbone of our store, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting every client with warmth and professionalism
  • Offering sales support to our Sales Consultants during busy periods and guiding customers through our showroom experience
  • Inspecting and processing incoming jewelry repairs, ensuring meticulous attention to detail
  • Following up with customers regarding their repair orders via phone or email, providing timely updates and exceptional communication
  • Completing quality checks on completed repairs and presenting them to customers at pickup, guaranteeing a seamless and satisfying experience
  • Managing all incoming phone and email correspondence promptly and professionally
  • Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company procedures
  • Assisting in maintaining the showroom's appearance, merchandising displays, and overall tidiness
What We Look For:
