- Certification in medication administration, IV therapy, and Coronary Care Level 1 (or a commitment to obtain within specified timeframes).
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, care planning, and documentation.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with relevant health regulations and standards of practice.
