Job Overview
The Site Administrative Assistant provides critical support to the site management staff, including Project Managers and Superintendents, to ensure the smooth operation of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Filing and maintaining electronic and hard copy documents.
- Managing crew sign-in sheets and maintaining accurate records.
- Completing payroll entries for company and sub-trade workers.
- Developing and maintaining technical lists, such as phone and email lists, and other project-related forms.
- Preparing and sending letters and emails, as well as developing and maintaining data sheets.
- Coordinating meetings and activities for project personnel.
- Scanning and copying documents as needed.
- Setting up meetings and ensuring timely communication.
Requirements
- 1+ years of general administration experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to juggle multiple competing priorities and maintain a positive team attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Fluent English language skills.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are assets.
- Able to lift 35 pounds.
