Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Transfer Attendant to join our team at Priority Patient Transfer Service. As a Medical Transfer Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of patients to and from healthcare facilities, nursing homes, and private residences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport patients via stretcher and wheelchair to and from healthcare facilities, nursing homes, and private residences
  • Ensure patients receive safe and respectful care during transportation
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Standard First Aid with CPR + AED certification
  • Minimum Class G driver's license with a clear Drivers Abstract
  • Able to lift 250 lbs with a partner
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Bilingualism is an asset
