Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at ROGAMI SERVICES LIMITED.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help with medication management and administration.
  • Support patients with mobility issues and provide transfers as needed.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
