Insurance Account Representative - Kyle Harrington - Desjardins Agent

Location: Remote
Type: Full Time

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable insurance products and services.
  • Deliver timely, precise, and courteous customer support. This includes addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience (whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.
  • A proven history of achieving sales targets is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to present information to prospective clients.
  • Property & Casualty license (preferred, or must be willing to obtain).
