Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Appointment Scheduling: Develop leads and schedule appointments with potential customers to discuss their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Marketing and Sales: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying opportunities to promote insurance products and services to potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Proactive in problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Customer Service Focus: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet sales and customer service goals.
  • Property and Casualty License: Property and Casualty license preferred, with the ability to obtain if not already held.
