We are seeking a highly skilled Project Executive - Construction to join our team at National Engineered Fasteners Inc. This is a permanent position with a salary range of $1,500,001 - $4,000,000 and a 35-hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
