About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director - Construction to join our team at National Engineered Fasteners Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Financial Management
    • Establish and manage project budgets, including cost control and financial reporting.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure project profitability.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and technicians.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to ensure their growth and success.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
    • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to develop and manage project budgets.
