About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director - Construction to join our team at National Engineered Fasteners Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Financial Management
    • Establish and manage project budgets, including forecasting and cost control.
    • Develop and implement financial reporting and analysis to ensure project financial health.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and technicians.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and budget.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
