Wine Rack Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Wine Sales Associate to join our team at Wine Rack. As a Wine Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, while learning and growing with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Learn and grow with our company through wine education training and tastings.
  • Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment.
  • Meet and exceed shift targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals, promoting our brand and products.
