Wine Service Expert Wanted at Cibo Wine Bar King West

Cibo Wine Bar King West is seeking a highly skilled Wine Service Expert to join our team. As a Wine Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional wine service to our guests, including the sale and service of wine, advising customers on menu and wine choices, and making recommendations that complement the guests' dinner menu.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional wine service to guests, including the sale and service of wine.
  • Advise customers on menu and wine choices, making recommendations that complement the guests' dinner menu.
  • Restock wine daily and maintain a clean and organized wine service area.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • WSET 3, CAPS, or CMS certification with strong wine knowledge, particularly Italian wine.
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant service experience.
  • Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
