About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our Field Marketing organization, driving strategic support to our prospect and customer go-to-market teams at a regional level. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing programs to achieve leads, pipeline, and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and leading a team of field marketers to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that support major platform launches, global sales promotions, and corporate initiatives.
  • Managing joint marketing funds and holding field marketing teams to a high standard of approvals and monitoring of results.
  • Co-owning Field Marketing QBRs to improve field marketing budget ROI and success of all cross-marketing or other Field Marketing-led programs and campaigns.
  • Overseeing end-to-end event lead management process and refining as needed.

Requirements include:

  • 10+ years' experience in field marketing, segment marketing, account-based marketing, or product marketing role.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading marketing teams.
  • Executive presence and gravitas to engage with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including strong asset creation skills.
  • Proven analytical skill set and problem solver with expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies in partnership with sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, prioritize, and deliver on initiatives that deliver the most value.
  • Knowledge and experience in enterprise technology, with HCM market experience a plus.
  • Adaptable and resourceful with a desire to win and a commitment to integrity.
