Job Title: Field Marketing Lead

We're seeking an experienced Field Marketing Lead to spearhead our global field marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for building and managing a small, high-performing team of field marketers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a field marketing strategy to align with company objectives and drive demand.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, and localized content.
  • Manage a business pipeline, from generating leads to working with sales and partnership channels to ensure qualified opportunities.
  • Hire, lead, and manage a team of field marketing managers to ensure successful execution of the team's goals and initiatives.
  • Manage and allocate field marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Field Marketing Experience at a B2B SaaS company and understands integrated marketing strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a remote team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adapt to the changing priorities of a startup.
  • Willingness to travel 25-35% of the time to support marketing activities and engage with key stakeholders.
