Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons # 1097. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesRequisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality and SafetyEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.
Manage Budget and ReportsPrepare budget and cost estimates, and prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Address Customer ComplaintsAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements- Education and Experience
No degree, certificate or diploma is required, but 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is preferred.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Physical DemandsPhysically demanding, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Personal SuitabilityClient focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
